Each party agrees that the electronic signatures, whether digital or encrypted, of the parties included in this Agreement are intended to authenticate, acknowledge and bind lawfully this writing and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, and/or any other applicable state laws. The parties acknowledge that in case of any legal proceedings between them in any way relating to this Agreement, each party expressly waives any right to raise any defense or waiver of liability based upon the execution of an Agreement by a party by means of an electronically-produced signature (in compliance to all applicable laws).

Disclaimer/ Acknowledgment
This Agreement is being executed electronically/ digitally by the person on behalf of both parties and whose name is appearing under the electronic signatures. It is represented, assured and confirmed by such person that he is duly authorised on behalf of the respective Party to execute this Agreement in accordance with respective Party’s internal approval process and applicable law, if subsequently it is found that the person executing this Agreement is not duly authorised and any of the Party suffers any loss for this reason then persons executing this Agreement along with the respective Party shall be liable, jointly and severally, to the Party(ies).
